One is to the Tropical section of the Sherman Gardens in Corona del Mar, and the second is the tropical primate section of the Santa Ana Zoo. The field trips will return a little early to give everyone a chance to get to their next class. The class will end with 10-min student presentations based upon a mutually agreed upon topic dealing with the Tropics. The class meets Mondays during the first half of the quarter. The schedule is: April 5 1-1:50pm Orientation (50 minutes); April 12 1-3:50pm Sherman Gardens; April 19 1-3:50pm Santa Ana Zoo; April 26 1- 3:50pm Student presentations.
